Shipping policy

VIVIDUS APPAREL does not currently ship outside of the United States.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days* of being placed. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

After placing your online order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time before your order is shipped from our warehouse. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the expected delivery date, along with the corresponding tracking number.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping address changes may only be possible within the first business day of the order being placed and before the order has shipped. Email support@vividusapparel.com to check if it can be done. We will do our best to accommodate the change request. Any shipping address change that requires a difference in shipping cost will need to be addressed prior to the order shipping.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@vividusapparel.com and provide the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Your order tracking number.
  • Photos of the item and its damaged features.
  • Photos of the shipping bag, box, etc. (what the order arrived in).
  • Be sure to include photos of the whole item as well as the damaged area(s) to allow our team to assess the preferred action to be taken. Items damaged during shipping are coordinated with the shipping organization.

Delays in orders being either shipped or delivered may be caused by a variety of reasons. E.g. Peak sales or seasons, weather, etc. Our team wants you to receive your order as requested and on time!
