Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURNS 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your item and must meet the below requirements:

  • Must be unwashed, unworn and in new condition.
  • Must be clean.
  • All original components and tags attached / intact.
  • 50% off sale items, Clearance, and Final Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

All such returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization that has been issued within 14 days from the date the product is received by VIVIDUS APPAREL. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. 

Email support@vividusapparel.com if you are requesting a return and please include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Tracking Number 
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of the item in the required condition listed above

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days and provide you with next steps. All product is subject to inspection. Once your return request has been successfully submitted to us, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be provided. You’ll need that number to track your return.

EXCHANGES

To guarantee merchandise and process orders as quickly as possible, we are not able to offer exchanges and instead ask that you place a new order while we process a return for the item. Please contact customer service at support@vividusapparel.com we will be happy to assist you.

REFUNDS

After completing the RETURN steps and you drop off your package, the time it takes to get to us varies based on the shipping carrier and where it was sent from. Once we receive your package, we’ll issue your refund in five to seven business days*.  All product is subject to inspection. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return process is complete.

Depending on your financial institution, allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note, times of high return volumes may require additional processing time by our warehouse.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
